There are three floors in the building, and each floor has a few small windows to allow air to flow easily. Accessible via a single reinforcable door, the lowest floor stores both grain and flour. The second floor has storage and a small apartment for Muriel Blacun and her family, who run the mill. The top floor houses the grinding mechanism.
